Cook Museum of Natural Science

The Cook Museum of Natural Science is located in downtown, Decatur, Alabama. The museum contains over 30,200 square feet of exhibit, restaurant, educational and multifunction space. The museum is themed “An Amazing World,” and it features many interactive exhibits that feature the biomes and wildlife of the Tennessee Valley. The exterior design features a sloped glass façade that gives visitors a glimpse of the exciting features within the museum. The front plaza is designed to create a welcome area and an outdoor educational space to expand the museum experience beyond the confines of the building.
